DESCRIPTION:CRLN and its predecessor organization\, the Chicago Metropolitan Sanctuary Alliance\, had its beginnings in the fight against U.S. funding for the adbuctions\, disappearances and torture of non-combatant citizens in El Salvador and Guatemala. How can we remain silent when Chicago police have tortured our own citizens into confessing to crimes that they did not commit?
